We are a small family-owned business, allowing us to be customer-service oriented. 	He checked my pump that had been acting up. It was working fine while he was here. He said it was getting some air in the lines. He also told me not to use the timer on the sprinkles run them manually. Also watch the pressure when the sprinklers are running. He told me if it is not broken wait to fix it. He did not charge me for the service call. He was extremely professional. I will definitely call him when my wells or pump gives me any more problems. It was really refreshing working with such an honest serviceman.

	I am so glad I chose to work with this company! It was tough news to hear that our wells had run dry or were beyond repair. This was an expense we hadn't planned for so it was really great to work with people who spent the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions to make sure I felt comfortable with the purchase . The day of installation they worked very hard to get the job done correctly and made sure they went over everything with me and cleaned up before they left.

	Took apart an old, dirty, stuck together, broken well and made it all better. Member Comments: Wow! Holiday week, New Years Eve morning, I knew no one would come out for days. No water, bummer. Talked to Mr. Earl Puritt Sr., what a nice man. Told him "I have no water", he said "Can be there today", His son and helper came out and looked at my well. Total breakdown, just as I feared. Not only did they get me up and going with a new well pump and tank in one day, they did it at a very reasonable price. I felt very at ease, he explained everything and seemed very sincere. 	My pump stopped working and Earl came out at 8pm to fix it. It turned out that the pump was shorted by a spider. Member Comments: Although it was a holiday week, Earl came out to fix the pump at 8:00. He was prompt and professional and very knowledgeable in pump repair. It wasn't a difficult job but to me he was a life saver. Would definitely recommend him.
